Other Matters to Be Disclosed: (1) Given the rapidly changing capital market financing environment, to ensure timely determination of issuance conditions and execution of the issuance process, the board proposes to grant full authority to the Chairman to handle all key aspects of this cash capital increase and new share issuance plan, including but not limited to: actual issuance price, actual number of shares issued, issuance terms, actual fundraising amount, project plans, anticipated fund utilization schedule, expected benefits, application for extension or withdrawal of the case, signing and delivery of all related contracts and documents, application for listing, and other related matters.
