The 'Bright 300 SMEs and Small Businesses' is a program that recognizes small and medium-sized enterprises that adapt to changes in the economic structure, engage in business transformation, and contribute to regional and national economic growth. Rooted in the '300 Manufacturing SMEs' program (2006-2009), the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry selects 300 outstanding companies nationwide. Numajiri Sangyo received the award in the 'Investment in People' category. Guided by our management philosophy of 'pursuing the happiness of all employees while contributing to social development through logistics innovation,' we have long prioritized human capital investment. We have built a system to develop talent through company-wide QC circle activities, female leadership training, and cross-industry secondments to incorporate external knowledge. With the on-site capabilities and talent cultivated through these efforts, we have become a top-tier logistics provider in Ibaraki Prefecture, offering one-stop services from warehouse development to 3PL, leading innovation in regional logistics. Furthermore, we engage in community contribution activities beyond the scope of logistics, such as the establishment of the 'Numajiri Mirai Children's Development Foundation.' Encouraged by this award, we will continue to contribute to the growth of the Japanese economy as a member of the logistics industry and strive for regional development as a 'Regional Future Creation Company.'
