Reason for Change: Due to bondholders exercising their conversion rights on the company's first domestic unsecured convertible bonds into ordinary shares, the number of issued ordinary shares has increased. In accordance with regulations, after deducting treasury shares, the Chairman has adjusted the dividend payout rate under authority delegated by the Board of Directors.
