Media Name: udn.com (United Daily News) and other media outlets 6. Report Content: A test report on a batch of blended oil products obtained by the company detected benzo(a)pyrene, a Group 1 carcinogen, at 2.5ppb, exceeding the legal limit of 2ppb. The incident has been reported to the Changhua County Health Bureau. 7. Cause of Incident: Upon notification from Zhonglian Oils, the contract manufacturer, on June 30, the company immediately initiated product self-inspection and legally reported the preliminary laboratory results to the Changhua County Health Bureau. 8. Response Measures: The affected batch was proactively withdrawn from shelves on July 3. All quantities already shipped have been traced and reported to the competent authority. Current inventory has been fully sealed and will not be distributed. Additionally, preventive withdrawal from shelves has been implemented for products associated with the same oil tanks. 9.
