NPO Kurukuru Net/Kuruhouse will hold a parent-child cooking class and food distribution on Sunday, July 12.
In the parent-child cooking class, parents and children will make "norimaki" (sushi rolls) together. We value the warm time of making and eating together while enjoying interaction between parents and children through cooking.
Additionally, with rising prices increasing the burden on households, we will also distribute food to families in need. Food distribution is by advance reservation, with 50 households planned.
Kuruhouse is working to create connections so that children and families can spend their time in the community without isolation and with peace of mind, through initiatives such as children's cafeterias, safe spaces for children, and food pantries.
