Creating an Integrated Community Space for Children’s Recharge, Learning, and Working
Comment from President Yumiko Mori
Currently, communities lack safe spaces where adolescents can recharge, learning environments where they can discover their interests, and workplaces where they can express themselves authentically. This project aims to create communities where children can find happiness in the life paths they choose, and envision a future of meaningful work through supportive spaces and learning opportunities.
With this grant, we will advance the development of an integrated community space that connects these three pillars. Specifically, we will strengthen human resource development and partnerships through expert mentoring, establish an independent fund, and expand outreach activities. We aim to scale our efforts into everyday, widespread community engagement, working alongside local residents to build inclusive communities where every child can imagine their future.
