Artists Announced for Tokyo Pride 2026 Queer Art Exhibition to Showcase Diverse Expressions

The NPO Tokyo Rainbow Pride (TRP) has announced the 38 participating artists for its official 'Queer Art Exhibition' as part of Tokyo Pride 2026. Running from June 3 to 28, 2026, at Queer Space Tokyo, the exhibition features 40 works exploring themes of gender identity and social connection. The event includes artist support initiatives such as the 'Tokyo Rainbow Pride Award' with a 100,000 yen prize, artwork sales, and a tipping system. A special talk session featuring film director Kasho Iizuka will take place on June 27 to discuss queer representation in cinema and society.
