For the Summer/Autumn 2026 season, in August, they will offer the "Gelande Ranch BBQ Plan," where guests can enjoy hands-free BBQ and interactions with cows on a ski slope ranch. From September to October, they will host the "Flying Restaurant," where guests can enjoy a special tea time while admiring the autumn foliage from a ski lift, accompanied by the signature Basque cheesecake from Plan・Do・See Inc.

This program offers a way to enjoy the distinct charms of Hakuba each season: active outdoor experiences for families in the summer, and a leisurely appreciation of autumn leaves in the fall.

A variety of activities are available. You can enjoy interacting with nature and outdoor experiences with your family and friends.

Gelande Ranch BBQ

We offer a hands-free BBQ plan at the "Hakuba Norikura Gelande Ranch," a vast grazing area utilizing the ski slopes. This plan allows you to fully enjoy interacting with nature, including opportunities to interact with cows and feed sheep (for a fee), as well as enjoy soft-serve ice cream.

We offer a buggy cruise experience that you can enjoy with your family and friends while feeling the magnificent nature of the Northern Alps. Pets can also ride along, offering an exhilarating experience of cruising through nature.

Operating Hours: 9:00-11:00 / 14:00-16:00 (departures at 00 min / 30 min past the hour)

Reception: Inside the Snowdrop building

Tree Adventure

We will be holding the popular Tree Adventure and fish-catching experience again this year. It's not only a chance to be active in nature but also an educational experience for children through interaction with living creatures.

The "Flying Restaurant," which has been highly praised by many customers, will be held this year for a limited time during the autumn foliage season.

It's a unique Hakuba experience where you can enjoy tea time while looking down at the colorful mountains from a ski lift that runs from an altitude of 1,133m to 1,598m.

The dessert served is the signature Basque cheesecake from Plan・Do・See Inc., which led the Basque cheesecake boom in Japan. You can spend a relaxing time in the air with coffee or tea.

We propose a special autumn foliage experience, not just viewing the autumn leaves as a tourist destination, but by riding a ski lift and looking out at the colorful mountains from above.

Except for the Tree Adventure, the plans introduced in this release are eligible for Nagano Prefecture's "Shinshu Taikenwari" campaign. During the eligible period, residents of Nagano Prefecture will receive a 50% discount on experience fees, and non-residents will receive a 20% discount (up to 5,000 yen per person for both). This is an opportunity to enjoy activities and special experiences in the great nature of the Northern Alps at a more affordable price than usual. Please take advantage of this opportunity.
