(Sakai City, Fukui; COO: Nao Sugita) has announced that its 3D point cloud processing system 'TREND-POINT' and BIM/CIM communication system 'TREND-CORE' now include standard integration with 'LRTK Cloud,' a web service provided by Lefixia Inc. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Motohiro Takayasu).

Since the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism launched the 'i-Construction' initiative, point cloud data generation through laser scanning and photogrammetry has advanced rapidly, making 3D surveying common in the construction sector. In this environment, the 'LRTK series'—point cloud acquisition devices from Lefixia Inc., a venture company from the Tokyo Institute of Technology (now Tokyo Tech)—has gained attention for delivering high-quality results at a low cost.

Fukui Computer's 'TREND-POINT' and 'TREND-CORE' are widely adopted as i-Construction-compliant solutions, playing a vital role in processing and sharing 3D data.
