The scenic Mikata Goko lakes of Wakasa Bay sparkle at night—First-ever "Evening Cherry Blossom Project in Mikata Goko"!

In Mihama Town, Fukui Prefecture, following the success of the "Wave of Light Project in Suishohama" held at Suishohama Beach last autumn, a new light art event called the "Evening Cherry Blossom Project in Mikata Goko" will be held to illuminate the night at the Mikata Goko lakes.

The stage for the light art will move from the sea (Suishohama) to the lake (Mikata Goko), creating a fantastical space at night. Please enjoy the beautiful collaboration of sparkling evening cherry blossoms and the lake.
