Reasons for the Incident: (1) The media report regarding the Ministry of Health and Welfare's NT$165 million fine on Chung Lian Oils Co., Ltd. pertains to an administrative penalty imposed by the competent authority on Chung Lian Oils. (2) Our company is not the subject of the aforementioned NT$165 million administrative penalty. Chung Lian Oils is a company in which we hold a 32.33% equity investment. If the penalty is finalized, we will recognize an investment loss in accordance with the 'IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards'. (3) Regarding the media report stating that the Taichung City Government will impose a NT$3 million fine on our company, as of now, we have not yet received an official penalty notice or any administrative decision from the competent authority. (4) Regarding the reported fine amount and related content concerning our company, should we receive formal documentation from the competent authority, we will proceed in accordance with relevant regulations.
