7. Reasons for the Incident: (1) The media report regarding the Ministry of Health and Welfare's NT$165 million penalty on Chung Lian Oils Co., Ltd. refers to an administrative action taken by the competent authority against Chung Lian Oils.
(2) Our company is not the subject of the aforementioned NT$165 million administrative penalty. Chung Lian Oils is a company in which we hold a 33.33% investment. If the penalty is finalized, we will recognize an investment loss in accordance with 'IFRS International Financial Reporting Standards'.
(3) Regarding the media report that the Taichung City Government will impose a NT$3 million fine on our company, as of now, we have not received any official penalty notice or administrative action notification from the competent authority.
(4) With respect to the reported fine amount and related content concerning our company, we will handle the matter in accordance with relevant regulations upon receipt of official documents from the competent authority.
