The Kinokawa City Board of Education and the Kinokawa City Youth Development Council are organizing the "Kinokawa City Youth Message" event, which provides a crucial platform for junior high school students, during their formative years, to present their ideas and future dreams based on their daily experiences. This initiative aims to deepen adult understanding of junior high school students and foster the development of the next generation who will lead the future of their hometown. This year, 1,165 applications were received from five junior high schools in Kinokawa City, and eight selected representatives will deliver their messages. Additionally, the Uchita Junior High School Brass Band will perform. The event is open to everyone, so please come and join us. The "Kinokawa City Youth Message 2026" will take place on Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 1:30 PM (reception from 1:00 PM) at Hall Denen, South Annex of Kinokawa City Hall (338 Nishi-Oi, Kinokawa City). The main program includes an opening ceremony, youth message presentations, a performance by the Uchita Junior High School Brass Band, an awards ceremony, and a closing ceremony.
