Nishiawakura Village, located in northern Okayama Prefecture, has a population of 1,300. Forestry, agriculture, tourism, and manufacturing are the foundation of this small village, where jobs are continuously being created in tandem with daily life. In this event, local venture entrepreneurs from Nishiawakura will gather to talk about the realities of working and living in the region, focusing on themes like 'working and living in the region' and 'creating new businesses.'

While it is a joint recruitment information session, the atmosphere is more like a casual discussion or a 'recruitment meetup.' We encourage anyone who has thought about moving to a rural area or is interested in Nishiawakura to attend. Feel free to come and go as you please.
