Hands-on Support Project for Strengthening NPO Organizational Foundations

### About the Kanagawa NPO Hands-on Support Program

For NPOs to effectively address social issues, strengthening their organizational capacity is essential. A robust organization leads to enhanced problem-solving skills and long-term sustainability.

This program targets NPO corporations within Kanagawa Prefecture that are committed to organizational continuity and foundation strengthening. Through the use of an "Organizational Self-Assessment Sheet," organizations will explore operational challenges and strive for better management alongside an "Support Team" composed of intermediary support organizations and experts.
