Certified NPO ReBit (HQ: Shibuya, Tokyo; Representative Director: Mifuyu Yakushi) has announced the launch of 'diverseeds2026,' a program aimed at cultivating leadership among young people engaged in the LGBTQ/SOGIE field.

In conjunction with the launch, an online information session and talk session featuring youth leaders and past participants will be held on June 21 (Sun) from 14:00 to 15:30.

What is diverseeds? It is a leadership development program that ReBit has been conducting since 2018 to support youth working on LGBTQ issues and advocacy. To date, it has supported the activities of approximately 100 young people.

Program Overview - Target: Students or individuals aged 18-25, regardless of sexuality, who are or wish to be involved in LGBTQ/SOGIE activities (max. 15 participants). - Duration: September 2026 – December 2026 (4 months). - Application Deadline/Method: July 6, 2026 (Mon), 17:00. What the program offers - LGBTQ Ally Leadership Training: Practical learning, including training developed by the UN and other international partners. - Mentoring by senior leaders: Support from professionals active in companies, government, and NPOs. - Camp in Tokyo: An opportunity for participants nationwide to gather, learn, and connect (travel and accommodation expenses covered by the organizer). - Networking with peers: A space to meet diverse colleagues and grow together.

Aiming for a society friendly to diversity, ReBit has provided training to over 240,000 people and offers career support for LGBTQ youth.
