Notice Regarding the Publication of the "Partnership Building Declaration"

Zojirushi Corporation is pleased to announce that we have endorsed the purpose of the "Partnership Building Declaration" (hereinafter, "this Declaration"), which declares the building of new partnerships by promoting cooperation and coexistence and co-prosperity with business partners in the supply chain and businesses seeking value creation, and that we have published this Declaration.

This Declaration is a mechanism created by the "Council for Promoting Partnership Building for Cultivating the Future," whose members include the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren), the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Japanese Trade Union Confederation (Rengo), and relevant ministers. It is a declaration made in the name of the company's representative to comply with desirable business practices ("Promotion Standards") and to ensure coexistence and co-prosperity and new cooperation across the entire supply chain.

Going forward, our company will continue to treat our business partners fairly and equitably at all times, strive to build good relationships with common sense and sincerity, and aim to develop mutually.
