Recruitment Details

1. Youth-Centered 'Related Population' Creation This program involves working for Kakewa Co., Ltd., a company founded by university faculty and students that operates a restaurant using local products. The role focuses on spreading information and planning events to create a 'related population' (kankei-jinko) centered on the younger generation.

Key Responsibilities: (1) Planning and implementing events related to creating a youth-centered related population. (2) Information dissemination related to the youth-centered related population. (3) Maintenance of farmland, etc., used as fields for the above activities. (4) Tasks related to projects implemented by support organizations. (5) Other tasks related to related populations, migration, and settlement.

2. Vacant House Utilization Volunteers will work as part-time fiscal year appointment staff under the Katori City Urban Development Division. The city is recruiting people to work on vacant house utilization as 'Regional Revitalization Volunteers' in collaboration with city staff and local real estate businesses.

Key Responsibilities: (1) Tasks related to identifying vacant houses (exterior surveys, data creation/updates, etc.). (2) Tasks related to vacant house utilization (responding to consultations from owners and prospective users). (3) Management of the 'Vacant House Bank' (coordinating with real estate and related businesses, improving system functionality, and promoting the program). (4) Information dissemination regarding vacant house measures (promoting systems, grants, and planning seminars). (5) Other tasks related to vacant houses.
