The Hometown Working Holiday is a program that allows urban residents to stay in rural areas and experience local life while working in the community.
This time, participants will experience farm-based living and a historic town through work at 'THE FARM,' a farm resort. While working at a resort featuring glamping, cottages, and natural hot springs, participants can enjoy the scenic town of Sawara and its rich natural surroundings during their days off.
Work at the farm resort, walk through historic streets, and meet local residents. This is more than just a job. More than just a trip. Spend one month living like a local in Katori—surely, you’ll gain a new favorite place. We welcome applications from those interested in rural community activities and countryside living.
