Youth-Led Summer Festival 'Nananana Festival 2026 Shibuya Future Expo' to be Held in July, Featuring 30 Projects Shaping the Next 100 Years

100BANCH, a future-creation hub opened by Panasonic in Shibuya in 2017 to mark its 100th anniversary, will hold a major event, the 'Nananana Festival 2026 - Shibuya Future Expo,' on July 7, 10, 11, and 12. The purpose is to widely publicize ongoing experiments for the future and create a foothold for social implementation.

Thirty projects by startups and creators from the 100BANCH acceleration program are confirmed to participate. During the festival, there will be exhibitions and hands-on programs for both adults and children.

The event's theme is 'Shibuya Future Expo - Where creativity erupts once a year in Shibuya.' It is a festival where the creativity of young people, who continue to experiment for an unseen future without fear of failure, explodes once a year in Shibuya. Visitors can experience the tangible sense of 'us' who will carry the next 100 years in the heart of Shibuya.

The event is divided into a 'Conference Day' on July 7 and 'Demo Days' from July 10-12. The Conference Day is a paid event where 100BANCH members and visitors discuss the future in a dialogue format. The Demo Days will feature exhibitions and hands-on programs for all ages, with no reservation required and free admission.

Participating Projects Thirty projects selected for the 100BANCH 'GARAGE Program' will participate in the Nananana Festival 2026. During the festival, various programs by each project, such as exhibitions, hands-on activities, workshops, and performances, will be held. Participating projects include 'Formeet,' which visualizes hidden societal discrepancies from 'scolding data' to create barrier-free workplaces, and 'Next Serendipity,' an AI that 'creates chance encounters' to realize a society full of new challenges.
