Skyberry WiFi® Enhances Plan Flexibility with Extended Monthly Change Deadline

Subscription-based service without rental, allowing flexibility for last-minute plans

Skyberry WiFi® is a subscription-based service that allows users to seamlessly switch between domestic and international connectivity with just an online plan change, eliminating the need for rental and return procedures for each overseas trip.

Previously, plan changes were "closed on the 20th of each month and applied on the 1st of the following month." However, recently, there has been an increase in cases where business and travel schedules are not finalized until shortly before the event.

In response to customer feedback such as "I want to change my plan according to my overseas business trip schedule at the end of the month" and "My usage plans can change at the last minute," we have decided to change the deadline to the 25th through improvements to our internal systems, enabling more flexible usage.

This will make it easier to accommodate last-minute schedule changes at the end of the month, and allow for more optimal plan selection based on actual usage, such as months with heavy overseas use or heavy domestic use.

Applications for this service are also possible until the 25th of the preceding month.
