ABEJA Announces Full Subsidiary Acquisition of MONO BRAIN Co., Ltd.

ABEJA Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yosuke Okada; hereinafter "ABEJA") announces that its Board of Directors, convened on July 15, 2026, has resolved to acquire all shares of MONO BRAIN Inc. (Headquarters: Tokyo; CEO: Shinkai Kato; hereinafter "MONO BRAIN"), a company engaged in AI governance, and subsequently absorb and merge MONO BRAIN into ABEJA as the surviving entity (hereinafter "the transaction").

This transaction is a strategic investment aimed at establishing a comprehensive system to ensure the safety and reliability of AI through the development of a robust technological foundation, while also enhancing the evaluation and preparation of operational environments required for AI utilization in mission-critical business operations.

ABEJA will integrate MONO BRAIN's expertise in AI governance into its "ABEJA Platform," enabling the delivery of more robust and transparent AI implementations to enterprise clients.
