The internet television station "ABEMA" has announced that its original variety show "Assets, I Tried Selling Everything," which previously aired as a special, will begin its regular broadcast on May 28, 2026, at 11:00 PM.
"Assets, I Tried Selling Everything" is a "life restart support variety show" that follows celebrities as they voluntarily sell off their assets to pursue a new dream. Following a positive response to the special broadcast in February, the show was greenlit for a regular series. Ruriko Kojima and Takashi Yoshimura (Heisei Nobushi Kobushi) will return as MCs.
The show's key highlight is the new "Gifting Stage" system. If a contestant's presentation fails to reach their target amount, wealthy individuals who are moved by their story can sell their own assets on the spot to gift "support money" to the contestant. The first contestant for the regular series is former sexy actress Eimi Fukada, who boasts over 14 million social media followers. She will candidly discuss her past struggles and challenge herself to a fresh start.
Additionally, the popular "Koji-uri" (Show-off Selling) segment, where celebrities have their "symbolic" assets appraised, will continue. The first guest, Ken Watabe (Unjash), will reveal heirlooms that have never been shown in the media before.
To commemorate the start of the regular series, episode #0 will be streamed today, May 21 (Thu) at 11:00 PM, featuring MC Yoshimura having his own electric piano appraised.
