ABEMA, the future of television, announces that 'Poppin-Play Kitchen' (created by Zemyata), the first pilot film from the 'Project PRISMation' initiative aimed at fostering original anime, has won a total of 11 awards at the 47th Telly Awards, chosen from over 13,000 entries.
The Telly Awards, established in 1979, recognize excellence in television and video content. The winning entries are selected by the Silver Telly Council. 'Poppin-Play Kitchen' secured Gold in the Storyboard, Art Direction, and Social Media categories, along with 8 Silver awards, including the fan-voted 'People's Telly' category.
Project PRISMation was launched in December 2025 to create original anime alongside the next generation of creators. Creator Zemyata, based in Thailand, is known for a vivid, dark-pop aesthetic. The pilot has garnered over 2.2 million views on YouTube, with significant international acclaim. Zemyata expressed deep gratitude for the support received for the project. Due to its popularity, a sequel is officially in production, with details to be announced via social media.
Project PRISMation is currently holding its first open call for pitches to discover new talent. The call seeks concepts for short, original anime and visions for their future development. Selected projects will receive full support, including production costs, promotion, and commercialization. The call is open to all applicants, professional or amateur, regardless of age, gender, or nationality.
