Starting June 1, 2026, Achievement Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; Representative Chairman and President: Hitoshi Aoki) will hold special 'Path to the Summit' (Choten e no Michi) seminars at nine venues across Japan to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Japan Pro Speaker Association (JPSA).

First Asian to receive a Gold Medal from the Napoleon Hill Foundation in the newly established Leadership Development category The Gold Medal of the Napoleon Hill Foundation awarded to Aoki is presented to individuals who have practiced the success philosophy of Dr. Napoleon Hill, author of 'THINK AND GROW RICH,' and have made significant contributions to society. Past recipients in other categories include Donald Keough, former CEO of Coca-Cola, and Arthur E. Bartlett, founder of 'Century 21,' the world's largest real estate network. It is known as one of the highest honors for the achievements of global business leaders. Chairman Aoki has utilized this success philosophy from a young age and has been involved in human resource development for over 530,000 people, including business owners and leaders, since the company's founding. These achievements led to him becoming the first Asian recipient of the Gold Medal in the 'Leadership Development' category last year.

Once a year: Representative Aoki tours the country as a lecturer Among the open seminars offered by the company, the 'Path to the Summit' Achievement Technology Course, for which Representative Hitoshi Aoki personally serves as the lecturer, is usually conducted only at the Tokyo Training Center. This year, to mark the 30th anniversary of JPSA and the milestone of last year's Gold Medal award, we will hold special seminars in nine locations across Japan to express gratitude to everyone nationwide. In this lecture, based on 'THINK AND GROW RICH,' the timeless masterpiece by Dr. Napoleon Hill published in 1937 and sold over 100 million copies worldwide—and specifically the new translation for which Aoki served as supervising translator—we will deliver the 'Technology for Goal Achievement' needed to win in an era of rapid change, condensed into two hours.

▼ What you will gain from this seminar 1. Practical techniques for clarifying and achieving purposes and goals 2. Communication techniques based on Choice Theory Psychology to improve human relationships 3. Management and leadership techniques to draw out employee initiative.
