Decided to become independent due to a turning point of business downsizing.

Became independent in the EC business from 2013. Engaged in product development and sales from a field perspective, and started online sales.

After a preparation period at an entrepreneur support facility, established and・more Inc. in 2015 and assumed the position of Representative Director.

Currently, promoting the creation of a system that "produces only what is needed and creates jobs in the process of delivery." Challenging new manufacturing that balances waste reduction and job creation.
