A new menu item featuring chicken tatsuta-age and seasonal eggplant and vegetables finished with a black vinegar sauce.

This dish combines chicken tatsuta-age with eggplant, onions, and three kinds of bell peppers for a colorful presentation. The sauce is a black vinegar an (thickened sauce) that coats the ingredients well. Its rich flavor is balanced with a pleasant tanginess, enhancing the deliciousness of each ingredient.
