AEQUITA SE & Co. KGaA, a global industrial group headquartered in Munich, Germany, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Pentagon Technologies Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Kurita Water Industries Ltd. Pentagon is a leading U.S. provider of precision cleaning, on-site services, and engineered products to the semiconductor industry. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of June 2026.
