Maruhan Co., Ltd. East Japan Company has announced the 6th installment of its 'Wotona Kichi Project,' a brain-juice-themed experiential food festival titled 'Noujiru Yokocho 2026.' The event will take place over three days from May 29 (Fri) to May 31 (Sun), 2026, at Belle Salle Akihabara in Tokyo.
Under the concept of 'Hounousai' (Sacred Brain Festival), the event aims to empower 'Wotona'—adults who live passionately for their personal interests. Within a space filled with light and sound, visitors can enjoy various brain-stimulating contents, including experiential food and drinks collaborated with creators, as well as live music performances.
In the second round of stall reveals, five new stalls were introduced. A highlight is the 'Gal-style Ramen Bakumore,' a collaboration with CGO dot com. This stall offers 'Vibes Baku-age Ramen' (1,000 JPY incl. tax), featuring glowing pink noodles that can be customized with various toppings, and the 'GAL DNA DRINK' (700 JPY incl. tax), where customers can select their preferred colors. These offerings go beyond visual impact, aiming to foster communication through the selection and customization process.
Additionally, the venue will feature a 'Brain Juice Stand' where drinks are dispensed from gas-station-style machines, and a lantern-mapping stage for artists and DJs. Through this event, Maruhan East Japan intends to strengthen its brand appeal to younger generations, particularly Gen Z, and promote its position as a brand that affirms every individual's passion.
