Weabee Releases Event Posting Features for AI Event Organizers

AI Reskill Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Kita-ku, Osaka; President: Shinya Yamahara) has released event posting features for organizers on the AI event platform 'Weabee.' The platform supports two methods: 'External Recruitment Page Posting,' which allows organizers to use existing recruitment pages, and 'Weabee-integrated Reception,' which allows organizers to complete the registration process in one place. Organizers can start posting to participants looking for AI events immediately via the Weabee Organizer Studio. Themes for AI-related events, such as generative AI business applications, AI agents, image generation, no-code, and reskilling, are expanding. On the other hand, Shinya Yamahara, representative of AI Reskill, experienced the challenges of organizers firsthand while operating the Kobe City-sponsored 'Kobe Digital Activity Department' for about nine months. Although he created registration forms using Google Forms and posted them on SNS and external event platforms, the registration forms were scattered in multiple places, making management complicated. Weabee provides both a place to announce AI events while using existing registration forms and a place to complete the registration process in one place, free of charge.
