BizTech Inc. (Toshima-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Yoshihiro Morishita) has initiated a partnership between its AI development company and service selection platform, 'AI Market,' and INVOX Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hisashi Sato).

INVOX provides a service that integrates dispersed internal data from sources like core systems, CRM, SaaS, and logs onto a unified platform connected to generative AI. This creates an environment where business department staff can 'talk to their own data for analysis.' For example, users can simply ask questions in a conversational format, such as 'Why did this metric decline last week?' or 'Which initiatives are driving results?', to receive analysis based on their own company data.

The company's key feature is its end-to-end support, from data integration and connection to generative AI to the final construction of the analysis environment. It builds optimal environments for specific business areas like marketing, sales, and corporate planning, aiming to enable frontline employees to make decisions themselves using AI.

INVOX also offers flexible support tailored to the client's phase and structure, either by performing analysis on their behalf or by building a self-service environment for the client's team. By providing templates for AI queries and operational guides, it ensures that analytical know-how remains within the company even after the contract ends.

This service helps solve challenges such as time-consuming cross-system analysis due to scattered data, dependency on manual Excel work, and uncertainty about how to connect company data to generative AI, thereby improving the quality and speed of decision-making. A light plan is available starting from 200,000 JPY per month, with options for phased expansion as the company grows.

The partnership stems from an increasing number of inquiries to AI Market from companies wishing not only to adopt AI but also to leverage their internal data for rapid on-site decision-making. With few companies offering a comprehensive solution from data integration to generative AI analysis, AI Market will now introduce INVOX's service to support clients' data utilization and decision-making capabilities. In turn, INVOX gains access to a broader range of industries through AI Market, creating opportunities for business expansion.

Additionally, an AI-focused exhibition, 'AI Market ExCon 2026,' will be held on June 2, 2026, at Bellesalle Shiodome, featuring over 40 AI companies and speakers including Takafumi Horie.
