AI Storm Signs Business Partnership Agreement with US NASDAQ-Listed Aurora Mobile

AI Storm Inc. (formerly Jexceed Inc., Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President & CEO Toshio Imai, Securities Code: 3719) announced on July 6, Reiwa 8, that it has entered into a business partnership agreement with Aurora Mobile Inc. (hereinafter "Aurora Mobile"), the Japanese subsidiary of US NASDAQ-listed Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG).

Through this business partnership, Aurora Mobile's AI products will be introduced to Japan Telesystem Inc. (hereinafter "NTS"), a wholly owned subsidiary of AI Storm, and AI Storm will promote the business as its domestic market development partner.

Integrating AI into our own business and simultaneously expanding it within Japan. AI Storm views this partnership as an initiative that will significantly broaden the scope of its growth strategy.

We will begin the introduction and verification of Aurora Mobile's AI products, "EngageLab" and "GPTBots," at NTS (call center business, EC-related BPO business), which became a wholly owned subsidiary on April 1, Reiwa 8. Concurrently, as the domestic partner for both products, we will drive Aurora Mobile's expansion in the Japanese market by taking charge of market development, sales, marketing activities, and pre- and post-implementation support.

The growth opportunities this partnership brings to AI Storm will expand in two major directions. One is the improvement of operational efficiency and business competitiveness by introducing Aurora Mobile's AI products into the on-site operations of our group. The other is the deployment of Aurora Mobile's products into the Japanese market, leveraging the extensive domestic network that AI Storm has cultivated through its diverse businesses. "GPTBots" is an AI agent platform for enterprises that enables no-code automation of inquiry response and business processes by integrating with internal knowledge and business workflows.

A key feature of Aurora Mobile is the ability to operate both products as an integrated system. By connecting delivery, response, training, and AI automation on a single data layer, there is no need to contract and integrate multiple tools individually. Furthermore, specialized teams with expertise in specific industries can design Proof of Concepts (PoC) in 2 to 4 weeks, enabling a short timeframe from requirements definition to operational launch, and visualizing results such as response rates and conversion rates on a single dashboard.

The integration capability, which allows for the operation of each function in conjunction on a single platform, is the greatest strength of Aurora Mobile's products, offering an advantage over traditional methods that combine multiple specialized tools.
