AiCAN Hosts Webinar for Local Governments on Promoting Child Guidance Center DX

AiCAN Inc., which develops cloud services specialized in the child welfare sector, held a webinar for local government officials titled 'Challenges and Practical Examples of Child Guidance Center DX: Reducing Frontline Burdens and Creating Time to Face Children' on April 22, 2026.

Local government personnel from across the country participated in the event. The webinar explained specific DX promotion effects proven in many municipalities, such as streamlining record-keeping using tablets, facilitating team communication, and contributing to supervision that supports the frontline. Furthermore, concrete solutions to overcome the 'barrier of organizational adoption'—the biggest concern during implementation—were introduced alongside practical examples from adopting local governments.
