Background: What Organizations Need Now is a Revamp of "How to Operate," Not Just Tool Introduction

Representative's Profile

Kengo Mori

After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Law, he spent four years at PwC Consulting, engaging in strategic planning for human resource management, building personnel systems, and organizational transformation projects for major corporations.

In 2018, he founded High Manager Inc. (an HR SaaS for goal management, 1-on-1s, and performance evaluation).

In 2023, he joined the Cubic Group.

He retired as Representative Director of the company (continuing in a limited capacity as a founder) and established AINative Inc.

He attends international AI conferences such as GTC and HR Tech Conference six times a year, feeding cutting-edge primary information back to Japanese companies.

Through four years of designing personnel systems at PwC and eight years of developing HR SaaS at High Manager, I have focused on the "foundation that drives organizations."

In the AI era, the "way of operating" itself is beginning to be rewritten on top of that foundation.

By combining 10 years of HR and organizational transformation experience with insights from the cutting edge of AI, which I have continuously visited overseas, our role at AINative is to translate and implement movements proven overseas into the context of Japanese companies.
