Shiojiri City Selected for Digital Agency's 'Autonomous Driving Societal Implementation Regional Business' Project — Aisan Technology and A-Drive to Participate

Aisan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'the Company') announces its participation, along with its group company A-Drive Co., Ltd., in the 'Fiscal 2025 Autonomous Driving Societal Implementation Regional Business' project, as announced by Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture.

Shiojiri City was selected for this project, which was publicly solicited by the Digital Agency, under Category 2: 'Operational Area Expansion.'

This project aims to realize sustainable regional transportation in areas facing depopulation and an aging society, by working toward the societal implementation of new mobility services utilizing autonomous driving technology.

The Company will support the implementation of autonomous driving services by creating high-precision 3D maps and providing support for autonomous driving operations, in collaboration with Shiojiri City and related institutions.

Future Initiatives: The Company group will promote technology development and societal implementation toward the realization of Level 4 autonomous driving, in cooperation with local governments and related businesses. We will continue to contribute to solving regional mobility challenges through autonomous driving technology and aim to build a sustainable mobility society.
