On June 5, 2026, Aiseikan Group announced the '100-year PLAZA' project in Hekinan, Aichi Prefecture. Led by representative Kiyohiko Kobayashi, this facility aims to establish a community-linked system where children with disabilities can prepare to live, work, and connect post-graduation, addressing the '18-year wall' and parental anxieties about the future. Built on the success of Aiseikan's multi-generational facility 'CORRIN' (opened in 2022 with 45,000 annual users, 95-99% utilization in developmental/after-school day services), the new center integrates housing, employment preparation, and consultation services to support independence. It aims to transcend welfare categories to create a supportive community. No utilization fees for 100-year PLAZA were disclosed in the release, but Aiseikan's 81st fiscal year business scale is 6.22 billion yen.
