Following the contract signing on March 3, 2026, AItegrity delivered an AI application model to automate invoice processing in approximately two months.

### Overview of Initiatives and Consulting Services

AItegrity implemented the following approaches to improve the efficiency of general affairs operations:

* **Business Process Hearings:** Confirmed operational procedures of the general affairs and accounting groups through extensive interviews. * **Identification and Prioritization of Analog Tasks:** Identified manual tasks and prioritized those where AI integration could yield significant benefits. Selected multiple tasks for AI-driven efficiency improvements.

### Features of the Delivered AI Application

As a priority challenge, AItegrity developed an AI application capable of organizing and extracting necessary information from PDF invoices, which were previously processed manually.

* **Utilizing Google Gemini as Backend:** The web application for Honda Logicom connects via API to Google's Large Language Model (LLM), 'Gemini,' to read and extract information from PDF invoices entered on the screen. * **Optimized Output for Excel and Other Tools:** Data is output in a table format organized for journal entries, achieving significant operational efficiency. By enabling CSV downloads and conversion to Microsoft Excel, the system eliminates manual entry and achieves automation-driven efficiency.
