Aizawa Securities Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director: Takuya Aizawa, hereinafter "the Company") will hold a web seminar (hereinafter "the Seminar") on August 2, 2026 (Sun) inviting representatives from the management company of "Newton Power Innovation Fund (Nickname: Power Revolution)" (hereinafter "the Fund") to discuss the appeal of the Power Revolution.

Due to the spread of AI and decarbonization efforts such as EVs, global electricity demand is expected to grow from 31,229 TWh in 2024 to 59,426 TWh in 2050. Furthermore, the proportion of electricity in energy consumption is projected to double from 21% in 2023 to 45% in 2050.

"Newton Power Innovation Fund (Nickname: Power Revolution)" invests to capture this massive wave of electricity demand. It invests in companies that already hold significant market share and are likely to benefit from increased electricity demand, companies promoting decarbonization, and companies leading innovation in the power sector. The fund has recorded high performance in the past year ending May 2026.

For this seminar, we will invite Mr. Akiba from Mitsui Sumitomo DS Asset Management Co., Ltd., who manages the fund, and Mr. Makino from BNY Mellon Japan, the Japanese group company of the actual management entity Newton, to discuss technological innovations in the power sector and the fund's performance in a dialogue format with Mr. Kawanishi, a strategist from our company's Business Promotion Department.
