Akafuku Co., Ltd. (Ise City, Mie Prefecture) will exhibit at the "Summer Keio Sweets Expo" held at the Keio Department Store Shinjuku, 7th floor event hall, from Friday, July 17, 2026, to Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

At the venue, we will sell the summer-limited "Akafuku Mizu Yokan," which can be enjoyed during summer tea time or as a seasonal gift, as well as Isuzu Chaya's "Azuki Butter Sand," "Toki no Yokan Suika," and "Mochi Dorayaki."

Cool Sweets and Western Confections to Accompany Your Summer Moments

"Akafuku Mizu Yokan" is made with smooth, velvety smooth koshian (strained red bean paste) using Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans. It features an "Ichimai Nagashi" (single-pour) style, where the yokan is poured into a bento box and solidified, allowing it to be cut and served. When well chilled, the sweetness blends smoothly, offering a refreshing taste.

"Azuki Butter Sand" consists of butter cream made from Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans and domestic butter, sandwiched between sable cookies made with "Ayahikari," a Mie Prefecture wheat.

Toki no Yokan Suika and Mochi Dorayaki

"Toki no Yokan Suika" and "Mochi Dorayaki" Representing Watermelon

"Toki no Yokan Suika" is made with three layers of yokan, representing watermelon, a summer symbol. It features a watermelon flavor and a refreshing appearance.

"Mochi Dorayaki" is a confection where fluffy dorayaki batter is wrapped around koshian made from Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans and soft mochi.
