Spanish Rental Association Delegation Visits ACTIO's Tokyo DL Center

ACTIO Corporation (Headquarters: Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Naoto Onuma), a comprehensive construction machinery rental company, welcomed a visiting delegation from the Spanish Rental Association to its Tokyo DL Center (*1) on Monday, May 18, 2026, for a facility tour and information exchange.

The purpose of the visit was to deepen understanding of the initiatives, technologies, and service systems in the Japanese rental industry. The delegation included members of the Spanish Rental Association and executives and managers from construction machinery and equipment rental companies across various regions of Spain.

During the facility tour, the delegation toured the ACTIO Tokyo DL Center, where they were introduced to ACTIO's machinery management, service systems, and on-site response initiatives in its rental business. Active discussions, including a Q&A session, were held on the market environment and challenges facing the rental industry, as well as efforts to improve service quality.

In the Q&A session, questions were raised regarding responses to the business environment in light of the impact of changes in the Middle East situation on logistics and material prices, management methods for the number, performance, and operational status of rental construction machinery, and the selection of manufacturers for introduced machinery. ACTIO introduced trends in the Japanese rental industry and its own initiatives.

This visit provided a valuable opportunity to share knowledge and deepen mutual understanding between the rental industries of Japan and Spain.

ACTIO will continue to work on further enhancing the value of its rental services through exchanges with industry stakeholders both in Japan and abroad.

*1: The Tokyo DL Center, established in 2016, is ACTIO's core base in the Tokyo metropolitan area. "DL" stands for Delivery and Laboratory. It functions as a delivery hub equipped with an automated rack warehouse for stocking large quantities of pre-maintained machinery, and also serves as a center for R&D, rental consulting promotion, and human resource development.
