Actio Corporation (headquartered in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President and COO: Naoto Konuma, hereinafter 'Actio'), a comprehensive construction machinery rental company, has developed a new summer coverall that allows attachment of cooling fans and will introduce it to all employees nationwide starting in June. This marks the first update to the summer workwear in five years.

In recent years, rising summer temperatures have made heatstroke prevention and employee health management critical business challenges. Actio believes that creating a safe and comfortable working environment for every employee is fundamental to maintaining and improving service quality, as well as achieving sustainable corporate growth.

This renewal reflects feedback from on-site employees, incorporating multiple wear tests and performance evaluations, resulting in the introduction of the new 'Fan-Equipped Coverall'.

The new 'Fan-Equipped Coverall' features an opening at the waist designed to accommodate commercially available fans. Wearers have reported feeling cooler due to airflow and reduced sweat buildup inside the garment. While the cooling effect may be less noticeable during outdoor work under extreme heat or harsh conditions, employees noted that upon returning indoors—such as to offices—the airflow quickly cooled their bodies. This helps reduce physical strain in hot environments and enables more comfortable operations.

Actio will continue to focus on employee health management and improving workplace comfort, promoting a safe, energetic, and productive work environment.
