Survey of 500 Home Router Users: 45.2% Experience Slow Speeds at Night

ALL CONNECT Co., Ltd. surveyed 500 home router users on network speeds and user dissatisfaction. Results show 78% experience download speeds below 50Mbps. Additionally, 45.2% report slower speeds between 8 PM and midnight, while 44.6% have faced interrupted video playback. SoftBank Air and WiMAX dominate the market. Despite these issues, 29.7% merely restart their routers, and only 1.1% switch providers. Users largely prioritize cost-performance over achieving maximum network speed.
