AllToday Inc. conducted a survey on 'Operational Hurdles in Store App Adoption' targeting restaurant operators.

When asked about the current hurdles to achieving ideal store operations, 'initial and monthly costs' was the top answer at 40.6%. However, 'guiding customers to register for the app' (38.3%) and 'time for daily配信/updates' (36.7%) followed closely behind.

This highlights a reality where, in environments already struggling with labor shortages, system implementation is adding to staff workloads.

Furthermore, regarding the support needed to encourage app installation, respondents identified 'ideas for download benefits/coupons' (38.7%), 'provision of in-store signage, posters, and flyers' (35.5%), and 'staff manuals for customer engagement' (34.7%) as the most desired forms of assistance.

AllToday emphasizes that beyond just system implementation, creating a framework that integrates into store operations and maintaining a support system are essential for success.
