Alnetz, a subsidiary of FRONTEO, has launched a talent development initiative starting May 2026, involving five employees participating in the 'New Business Development Project Research' at the Graduate School of Project Design. The participants are applying insights gained from the program to their respective departments' practical operations and business development. Since its founding in 1998, Alnetz has built a reputation for its integrated software and hardware development capabilities. Following its integration into the FRONTEO Group in April 2025, the company is now focusing on combining its technical expertise with AI to propose new services and business models. CEO Teruaki Watanabe emphasized that the participants were selected based on voluntary applications, stating, 'People only grow when they feel the need to do so themselves.' He expressed high hopes for the emergence of next-generation leaders. The program will continue until December 2026, with participants developing business proposals based on their specific departmental challenges.
