AlphaDrive (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, CEO Yoichi Aso) is launching a think tank to cover "regional economic innovation" across Japan. All content will be free, with newsletters delivering the latest reports. Content includes an analysis of Tsuyama City's industrial promotion model, dialogues with Shizuoka Governor Yasutomo Suzuki, and family business succession theories. Institute Director Ryuji Utsunomiya noted that while regional success stories exist, they rarely benefit others because only results are shared. The institute aims to systemize business creation, reporting the essential will, context, and trial-and-error histories behind successes. Editor-in-Chief Keita Okubo of Ambitions highlighted that local role models aren't found in cities, emphasizing the need to share valuable information locally. A campaign offers the "Ambitions REGION" magazine to the first 50 local government officials registering for the newsletter. The institute also offers advisory services.
