On the night of Saturday, May 23, Ami Paris announced its partnership with 'STAR ISLAND', a festival symbolizing summer in Japan. This collaboration was unveiled as a special opening act, vividly expressing the brand's philosophy and message through drone art and visual storytelling.
This year's event was the largest to date, with Tokyo Bay transformed into a magnificent, immersive open-air stage through the fusion of fireworks, drones, music, and pyrotechnics.
Additionally, friends of the house gathered for the one-day-only 'Le Café Ami' experience, where new seasonal menus were unveiled. These items were also available at the Ami Paris Omotesando pop-up, featuring limited-edition drinks such as the 'Cafe Mojito' and 'Botanical Herb Lemonade'.
Notable guests in attendance included Tsubasa Honda, Nijiro Murakami, Syoya Kimata (JO1), Alan Shirahama, and Miyu Honda.
Furthermore, this event marks the beginning of a special Yakatabune project by Ami Paris, which will run until the end of August. These limited-time boats have been specially customized to reflect the brand's worldview, incorporating details such as bespoke lanterns and cutlery both inside and out. Like a dining cruise on the Seine in Paris, Japan's Yakatabune culture offers a unique experience to elegantly enjoy the summer atmosphere while cruising along the Sumida River in Tokyo.
