Amiyakitei Chubu Stores Launch "Early Summer Salad Bar" Featuring Seasonal Flavors and Setouchi Lemon

Amiyakitei has announced the launch of its "Early Summer Salad Bar" at seven participating stores in the Chubu region starting May 18. The seasonal menu features refreshing items designed to stimulate the appetite during warmer months, including Vongole and Tomato Peperoncino, Yamagata Local Dashi, Eggplant and Bell Pepper Japanese Ankake Tofu, and Setouchi Lemon Jelly. The salad bar is priced at 638 yen (including tax) for adults and 308 yen for elementary students, aiming to enhance the dining experience with healthy, seasonal side dishes.
