Amova Asset Management Co., Ltd. (formerly Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd.) has established a new subsidiary in Dublin, Ireland, and acquired business authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland under the EU MiFID regime. The new company, 'Amova Asset Management Ireland Limited', will function as a new core hub within the EU. Working closely with the Frankfurt and Amsterdam branches, it will provide advanced investment solutions, including global and Japanese equities and global fixed income strategies, to institutional investors across the EU. Clive Paine serves as the CEO of the new subsidiary. The establishment marks a significant milestone to enhance the company's European presence. Amova Asset Management, part of the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group, is a global asset manager with over 200 investment professionals and approximately 42.9 trillion yen in AUM as of the end of December 2025.
