Amutus to Change Company Name to "Mecha Comic" and Relocate Headquarters to "Book Town" Jimbocho

Amutus Co., Ltd. (Minato-ku, Tokyo, President and Representative Director Takashi Kodama), which operates the electronic comic distribution service "Mecha Comic (MechaComi)", will change its company name to "Mecha Comic Inc." on April 1, 2026, and relocate its headquarters to Front Place Kanda Jimbocho (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).

Since our establishment in 2013, we have grown alongside various internet business ventures. Moving forward, we will further concentrate our management resources on our core electronic comic business and contribute to the further development of the manga industry in Japan and worldwide as "Mecha Comic Inc.".
