Hiroshima-based bakery Andersen will host its annual "Denmark Fair" from June 1 to June 30, 2026, across all Japanese locations and online. Under the theme "Active Denmark!", the fair celebrates Danish lifestyle and self-enrichment. A major highlight is the Japan debut of "Gasoline Grill," a Copenhagen burger shop once named among the world's top 27. The popup at Hiroshima Andersen will feature exclusive burgers using local ingredients. The event also promotes whole grain "Rugbrød" rye bread and features various workshops, a lifestyle market, and an opening ceremony attended by the Danish Ambassador to Japan.
